We ship to the United Kingdom, and most of Europe regions. If you are unable to choose a shipping option for your destination, contact us.

Yes. If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for paying all applicable import duties and VAT at the time of delivery. All prices and taxes assessed during checkout are exclusive of import duties and VAT taxes. We do not collect these taxes. 

If you refuse your package or fail to pay the duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the costs of return shipping and any additional taxes, fees, or penalties assessed from your refund.

Email us as soon as possible at info@kuijia.co.uk after placing your order. We will do our best to change or cancel your order if it hasn't already been shipped or if there are no other constraints preventing us from doing so.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

UK RETURNS

To return an item, please email us at info@kuijia.co.uk with your Order Number, Full Name, and Phone Number to obtain a pre-paid return labels.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To request an international return, please email us at info@kuijia.co.uk to obtain further information.

Please allow at least 7 business days for processing after we receive your item.

Exceptions: Personalised Zodiac items and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
