SHIPPING 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders are shipped from the UK. 

Please note, we are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for your purchase; we hope you are happy with your new armor! 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS 

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item(s). All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. 

RETURN PROCESS 

UK RETURNS

To return an item, please email us at info@kuijia.co.uk with your Order Number, Full Name, and Phone Number to obtain a pre-paid return label. Please place the item in the original packaging and return it to us.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To request an international return, please email us at info@kuijia.co.uk to obtain further information.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
